MDCAT suspending till the next order in 2023
Mdcat is still hanged now the court will delay the Mdcat test for the students of the medical line. The high court ordered suspending the test. On Friday the Sindh high court SHC ordered the admission test for MDCAT university in the province scheduled to be held on October 18.
The university of medical and health science for women PUMHSW, other universities of the province, and the many students of regard to vires of section 18 of the Pakistan medical commission act 2023, the tests and admission of the medical and dental colleges and universities postponed for more fifteen days . The courts have not stopped the test of Mdcat 2023.
It’s only postponed for the next order of the courts. This is the law that has been issued without any law authority and had no legal effect. This is the order issued by the ministry of federal health and the PMC on September 24 for withholding the admission process. That was initiated by the PUMHSW. this admittedly, by the high court the act of 2023 had been notified on 24 September.
Which was the first petition to challenge the law had been presented on October 10 while the entry test was scheduled to be convened on October 18. As like every year undergraduate students are given the Mdcat entry test. But this year some of the arguments against and want to stop this entry test. But the court not canceled the test only delayed the next further orders.
